Director of Ancillary Products & Services

Description:
Merchants Leasing, is a family owned national fleet leasing company who has been servicing clients for 45 years. We customize programs and specialize in both open and closed end leases. We also offer a wide range of ancillary products, including total fleet solutions. Our aggressive and flexible programs meet and exceed all of our clients' needs.

This position will be responsible for the strategic development, administration and overall financial results of the ancillary products provided by Merchants including but not limited to maintenance management, roadside assistance, fuel management program, GPS service, National Account Coupon Books, etc. This position will also require the administration and supervision of a support staff.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will be a self starter and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office software, CRM products, and/or other software tools is required. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required. Prior Fleet Management experience (up to 10 years) is preferred. The expected travel required for this position is 20% (nationwide).
